By accessing yahalsoftware.com or installing Yahal Driver Care, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or software.

Yahal Software Ltd. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Yahal Driver Care on your own devices. The license unlocks unlimited scans, updates, backup, and restore for a one-time fee of $19.99. There is no subscription and no recurring charges.

You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the software.

Purchases are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), who handles the transaction, billing, and order-related inquiries. Your purchase is a single, one-time charge — we do not store your card details and there are no automatic renewals.

You agree to use the software lawfully and not in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yahal Software Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
